Advised various entities on formulating Policies relating to sexual harassment and setting up the Internal Complaints Committee in accordance with the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

Conducted training sessions for the employees and ICC members of entities.

Handled several complaints filed under the POSH Act as part of the ICC, including detailed enquiries and conciliation proceedings between the Complainant and the Respondent.
