Arjun is a lawyer with more than 18 years’ cross industry experience in the technology, outsourcing, financial, ratings and data analytics sectors. He has worked for large companies in India and has spent 8 years in the UK in his role as in-house counsel managing the European region.

He leads the employment practice at BTG and specializes in advising clients on all aspects of employment law in India. His practice areas include advising clients on HR and employment practices in India, hiring of staff and senior management personnel, staff outsourcing arrangements, compliances with statutory obligations, advising on policies and best practices, inter-company transfer of employees, conversion of staff positions, employee litigations and separations.

Arjun is a law graduate from I.L.S Law College, Pune, India and holds a master’s degree in law.
